Yoga Vacations India
Apart from Yoga retreats in India,
AYA
also offers
Yoga
vacation programs
(in
Khajuraho, India) throughout
the year. In our Yoga vacation / Yoga holidays program we
offer the chance to stay at the Yoga ashram and experience the
simple ashram life. The guests can follow the ashram routine and
will have the chance to attend at least two Yoga classes and two
meditation classes everyday. We accept very limited numbers of
guests to keep the ashram atmosphere peaceful and serene and provide
one to one guidance. Our Yoga vacations are suitable for beginners
as well as advance practitioners of Yoga.
Along with the free time the AYA Yoga vacation program also offers a
combination of nature, energizing and rejuvenating activities,
organic and detoxifying food as well as peaceful and spiritual
environment.
Yoga vacations is a good chance of having vacations and take a break
to focus inwards and reflect on your life and yourselves. Our Yoga
vacation program provides a chance to spend time away from daily
life distractions and feel the silence and the time. For those who
wish to understand basic principles of Yoga and meditation we
provide daily Yoga and meditation classes with one to one guidance
to suit your level and capabilities. There is also enough free time
to just sit in the ashram library and read or to go to the nearby
tourist attractions and ancient temples.
