Ashram Rules
Yoga
is a discipline of body, mind and spirit. Keeping in view, the rules
and regulations are made to enhance the quality of the mind. They
are a part of the Yogic lifestyle.
- 100% attendance at all satsang and classes is mandatory.
Participants must follow the timetable and attend all
sessions, lectures and other activities.
- After the admission, participants should not leave the
ashram (except for 1 weekly day off). In case of emergency,
written permission from the Course Coordinator is required.
- Alcohol, tobacco or other drugs are strictly not allowed
in the Ashram Premises during the stay in the ashram.
- For getting the best results from the practice of yoga,
the course schedule and diet is specifically organized; the
participants are requested to adjust to this environment as
quickly as possible.
- Please don't bring valuables, if necessary the Ashram can
keep them safely for you during the course.
- If you are physically unwell, you are requested to
contact the Ashram administration immediately.
- You can bring your medicines and continue personal
treatment but it is advisable to inform the Ashram
administration or your class teacher about your ailment &
treatment.
- Necessary food arrangements are made in the institute and
no external food is allowed. The food in the institute is
strictly vegetarian. To experience the good effects of the
Yogic lifestyle please do not bring anything from outside to
eat.
- There is complete silence during the meals.

Karma Yoga is practiced for one hour a day.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should understand basic English language as
the Yoga teacher training course is conducted in English
language.
- The applicant should be ready to adapt to the new
environment and should be willing to work intensively to absorb
the teachings of the course.
- The applicant should be in a good physical condition.
- Prior experience or knowledge of Yoga is not necessarily
required, more important is an open mind and eagerness to learn.
How to Register
Please fill in and submit the
Application Form.
Upon acceptance of your application we will make a
provisional reservation for you. You will need to send a non
refundable
deposit of
€ 200 with in 3
working days to confirm you reservation. The rest of the
payment will be payable six weeks
before the course begins.
Certification
On successful completion of the course students receive a
Yoga Teacher Certificate (200 hours) recognized by
Yoga Alliance and
the
Government of India. With this certification, our students
will also be able get insured as yoga teacher with all major
insurance companies in their country.
Guarantee
We do not claim that after completing our course everyone will be
transformed into a great Yoga teacher but we do guarantee that our
course will provide sufficient knowledge, techniques, information
and confidence to become a good Yoga teacher.
Teacher Support
All our graduates are given complementary life membership to
AYVA Teacher's Association. Through which they are provided
continual mentoring and support for their Yoga practice and their
Yoga business. Members are assigned a mentor with whom they can have
contact via email, phone and skype.
Fees
The fees
include all tuition, accommodation, meals, two pairs of uniform, 300+ pages
Yoga teacher training manual, kriya kit for cleansing techniques, pickup/
drop from and to the airport, optional excursions, additional lectures
from guest teachers, membership to AYVA Teacher's Association for continual
mentoring and support.
