Residential Programs

The Arhanta Yoga Ashram offers a chance to those who wish to experience Ashram life and reside at the Ashram in complete spiritual environment. They are encouraged to take part in the daily Yoga classes, Meditation practices, Vedic and life philosophy discussions as well as Karma Yoga (selfless service).

We recommend a minimum stay of two weeks to derive benefit from the yogic lifestyle at the ashram, although we also accept requests for shorter stays. There are two classes daily, three meals and time for reading, reflection and walks by the nature in the middle of the day.

Yoga Teacher Training Courses

We organize Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher training courses in India for small group of students. These courses are taught by our highly experienced and dedicated teachers and provide intensive yoga training and internationally acredited certificate. The course covers extensive curriculum and includes philosophy, asanas, bandhas, kriyas, anatomy, Bhagavad Gita etc.

Living in the Yoga Ashram environment is the best way to truly integrate the Yogic teachings into your life, and to be able to focus exclusively on Yoga and vedic teachings for one month.

Other Yoga Courses & Workshops

We also organize various short term Yoga courses and workshops few times a year. These courses are practical in nature and cover topics like Yoga for beginners, Yoga for advanced practitioners, Yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Massage, Reflexology etc.
