Curriculum
Why intensive course of four weeks?
The traditional Indian system of Gurukul, in which the student lives with the teacher in an Ashram
(residential spiritual center), is a traditional and proven way of learning. Closely supervised by the teacher, the student works physically and mentally and acquires the full experience of Yoga India. This way the rich tradition and wisdom of Yoga is being soaked up and integrated by the student and allows him to later transmit it to others, as his teachers transmitted it to him.
